Accommodations
The resort is a large u-shaped building with all rooms having both an ocean and a pool view. The unique entrance to the complex is on the middle floor in the center of the building, overlooking the grounds of the resort, pool, and ocean.
Standard rooms are quite large with a patio overlooking the pool and grounds area. Scrumptious king beds, with soft sheets and linens, make sleeping divine. Large bathrooms, large screen televisions, and generous air conditioning complete the rooms. The top two floors boast private suites, some with private pool and some with meeting facilities.
Pool and Hot Tubs
Guests cannot go into the ocean due to the rip currents, but there is no need to do so because the resort has a large, meandering infinity-edge pool. Your pool concierge guides you to the perfect seats, brings you drinks or lunch, sets your umbrella, and makes sure that you are fully taken care of while relaxing. If you prefer to soak in a hot tub, there are a variety of tubs for your choosing. Just ask your concierge to set you up.
Dining
The resort fees include all food, drinks, and tips, and you’ll be able to enjoy different cuisines at the resort’s five fine-dining restaurants. Included are Frida, which serves gourmet Mexican; Piaf, which serves traditional French cuisine; Lucca which features Mediterranean Cuisine; Cocina de Autor, which is a creative experiment in cuisine; and Velas 10, which serves seafood and steaks. Rounding out your dining delight are other restaurants for breakfast and snacks. Reservations are recommended, but not required.
